WHO AM I

I am Stephany Delatour, I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years now. I have competed 21 times and have earned my IFBB National Colours in 2017 and 2021 and Represented SA at IFBB World Championships. I have also won Nationals Bikini in 2017.

I have been a bikini and lifestyle coach for 4 years now. Together with my team, we have achieved many wins and top placings, both at national and international levels. My greatest passion is building women up from the inside out and seeing them grow from strength to strength as A novice or an experienced athlete.
